AERA Credits Terms and Conditions
Last Updated: 8 July 2026
SUMMARY
These Terms and Conditions give you detailed information about how Aera Credits (the “Credits”) work. The Credits are offered by Aera 22 Opco Limited solely ("Aera").
Aera Credits is a rewards program for Aera Account holders. It has been created to help you get into your first home faster. Aera will generate credits (as determined by Aera from time to time in Aera’s sole discretion) that can be redeemed as real cash at settlement.
Credits can only be redeemed as real cash at settlement, and only if Aera has provided the associated services for which the credits have been earned or are identified as usable for.
Credits will be available and redeemable at settlement, subject to utilising the relevant services through Aera and you continuing to hold an Aera Account at that time. Credits are paid to you as real cash at settlement — use it however your new home needs it, whether that’s legal fees, moving costs, furnishings, or other associated costs of your purchase. Any change to the redemption process is at the sole discretion of Aera.
Credits cannot be used for and hold no value for any other purpose and are automatically forfeited when you cease to actively engage with the App.
Only one account holder's Credits can be redeemed per property. Stacking of multiple account holders' Credit balances against a single property purchase is not available at this time. We may enable stacking for some Credits in the future.
Aera reserves the right to change the terms of the Credits, including but not limited to with respect to eligibility, the amount or type of Credits, and the requirements for using credits, at any time and with or without notice to you.
